Refund Policy

Most of our products are non-returnable, therefore the need for a refund is unlikely. In the case of a qualifying return item, a replacement product will generally be issued in lieu of a refund (see Return Policy for details). For live events within the cancellation window a full refund may be issued, and outside of the normal cancellation window a credit may be issued once the request to refund/cancel is reviewed and resolved (see Cancellation Policy).

Delivery Policy

Physical orders are generally packed and shipped out within 3 business days, and quite often much quicker. Being a small family business, we periodically have a checkout notice advising of longer expected delivery times and it is the customers responsibility to read and be aware of these terms when posted. Live event registration will be confirmed to the name of the purchasing party, except when noted by the customer.

Return Policy

For sanitary and hygienic reasons, our healing and wellness products cannot be returned, except in the rare case of a product/packaging damage or malfunction, and a replacement product will be issued. Unopened, unused and unworn clothing, books or other such items will be assessed for return on a case by case basis. Reach out to us for details >

Cancellation Policy

For live events, please read and understand the registration confirmation message (via email) immediately and send us a reply if you have any questions or concerns about your ability to follow through. If you are unable to comply with our requests, we can accept your cancellation within 24 hrs of your booking confirmation for a full refund. Otherwise, our standard policy applies:

Cancellations must be made by e-mail stating clearly your personal reasons and circumstances. We will issue a non-transferrable credit in your name, good for up to 1 year for medical issues and other such emergencies if deemed acceptable. We cannot issue credits or refunds for last minute changes of plans, schedules, or other avoidable conflicts. La Ventana reserves the right to cancel any event at any time for reasons including weather, road/travel conditions, personal health and other emergencies in which case a credit will be issued to all participants for future re-scheduling.

Privacy

We value and respect your personal privacy and will not share your information with any entity or corporation outside of our own organization and practice.
