4 Altars Experiential Course
Nov 5 2024 -May 6 2025
A deep study of the system of 4 Altars as conceived by our dear brother and Maestro, Alonso del Rio. Xochitlquetzalli and Shimshai guide you through the meaning and intricacies of each altar, or stage of life and respective process of evolution. We invite you to reflect on the past, including painful moments and memories of our ancestry, upbringing and relationships. Through these tools and practices we come to a deeper understanding and connection for the current state of our life and our own individual and collective process of human growth and evolution. 4 live meetings over 6 months followed up by personal altars, assignments and much more shared course material including pre-recorded interviews and sessions with Alonso del Rio. Sacred Song Masterclass
Feb 4 - March 11, 2025
Shimshai & Susana will guide you through their essential catalog of original and traditional adaptations of ceremonial music and medicine songs. We will sing in largely in Spanish and English, with some Indigenous language exploration as well including Mexican Nahuatl, Peruvian Quechua and a few more. Anything not in English will be broken down in translation and pronunciation with explanations of each songs origin, story and appropriate use. 6 weekly meetings prepared and followed up with song sheets, all lyrics, translations & explanations, and basic guitar chords. Tonalamatl Masterclass
April 2025
The Tonalamatl is the study of our personality and destiny based on the ancient wisdom of Mexico. It is the legacy of our ancestors, an understanding of human nature and the connectedness of all things drawn from a careful knowledge of the stars and a meticulous mathematical system. Through this study we come to understand all the energies and influences present when the breath of life awoke our being at birth. We come to know all parts of ourselves, the potential that lives within us, and we walk our path of destiny with greater clarity and consciousness. 8 pre-recorded sessions explaining the system, daily energies and guardians, personal birth energies and more as well as 2 live calls via Zoom encouraging group interaction and Q&A.
